Zillia Network is a co-broking app for property agents, run by C BOT VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Zillia”, “we”), 2nd Floor, Plot No. 24, Mudit Square, Sector 32 Road, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. It covers network.zillia.ai, the Android app, and the public listing pages agents send to their buyers. Questions or requests: hello@zillia.ai.

What we collect

• Your account. Your WhatsApp number, confirmed by a code you send us from it. If you add them: your name, agency name, email, website, RERA number, logo, the cities and localities you work in, and whether you deal in sales, rentals or both.
• What you post. Property listings with their details, photos and the contact shown on them, and requirements (what your clients are looking for). Please do not type your clients’ names or numbers into them.
• What you do in the app. Which listings you connect to, save, share, or contact by WhatsApp or call; questions you ask other agents; ratings you give and receive; your connect credits and their history.
• Your phone. If you turn on notifications, the address your phone’s browser gives us to send them. A sign-in cookie that lasts 30 days.
• Visits. Our servers record the IP address and browser type of each request. When someone opens one of your public listing pages we count the visit.
• Usage statistics. Google Analytics counts page views and taps on contact buttons, tied to a random identifier for your account rather than your name or number.
• From WhatsApp groups. The board also holds property listings that agents posted in broker WhatsApp groups, with the name and number as posted there, whether or not that agent has joined Zillia.

How we use it

To run the board: show your listings to other agents, show an agent’s agency name, rating and number to the agents who connect with them, and send you the alerts you asked for. To keep ratings fair, to keep the service secure, and to see what to improve. We do not sell personal information and do not show advertising.

Who else sees it

• Other agents see your agency name, rating, cities and listings, and your name and number once they connect with you. That is what the product is for.
• Anyone with a listing link you send sees that listing and the contact on it. Listing pages and their photos are deleted 30 days after posting.
• Service providers that run it for us: Railway (hosting), Neon (database, Singapore), Cloudflare (photo storage), Meta (WhatsApp, which carries your sign-in message), and Google (Analytics, place search when you type a society name, and AI models that read listings from group messages). They process data for us under their own terms.
• The authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account, then it is removed as described on the delete-account page. Credit and payment records are kept after that, with no name, number or agency attached, because accounting and tax law require it. Server logs are kept for a short time.

Your choices

• Delete your account any time, in the app under Profile, or at network.zillia.ai/account/delete.
• See, correct or export what we hold about you, or object to a use: write to hello@zillia.ai.
• Not on Zillia but your number is on a listing? Write to us from that number and we will remove it, including from our stored copy of group messages. That copy is kept apart from the app and is changed by hand.
• Notifications can be turned off in your phone’s settings at any time.

Children

Zillia Network is for working property agents and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and its date.
