What is deleted, straight away
- Your profile: name, agency, email, website, RERA number, logo, cities and localities, and your number.
- Everything you posted: listings and their photos, requirements, and any board listing carrying your number.
- Your activity: connects, taps, saved contacts, alerts, questions, ratings given and received.
- Your sign-ins on every device, and your notification subscriptions.
What we keep
- Credit and payment records, with no name, number or agency attached, as accounting and tax law require. Unused connect credits are lost.
- A do-not-contact note for numbers we messaged in a campaign, so they are not messaged again.
- Our stored copy of public WhatsApp group messages is kept apart from the app. To have your messages removed from it, write to hello@zillia.ai.
You can sign up again later with the same number, as a new account.
